Q: How can I change the scale of a game?

The game scale can easily be changed from with in a game. There is a settings button on the top left of the game. By clicking it you can access the controls of the planning poker game. There are several scales to pick from. (fibonacci, modified fibonacci, progression, linear)

Q: How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions can be managed including cancellations at any time under the subscriptions page.

Q: If I cancel my subscription do I lose access to Plus+?

All games that you have accessed will remain upgraded to Plus+ until the end of your previous subscription regardless of cancellation. You will still have full access to Plus+ until the time your subscription would have renewed.

Q: Are there limits to the number of players in a game?

No, we do not limit the number of players.
